iAnatomy app for iPhone and iPad

I am doing my final stage to become a tech in radiology and when my time came to sit at the CT Scan console of my hospital, i knew where to look for my organs when the patient images pop-up on my screen. This app show you everything you can find with a scan in the chest, abdomen and pelvis region of a human being (but with no pathology). Its easy and fun... Well, more fun than to learn from a old book at school and its better than hearing your teacher talk about the shape of the spleen or the tail of the pancreas. For 0,99$... Its a great app for anyone interested to learn more about radiology and CT Scan. Je fait présentement mon stage finale pour devenir un technologue en imagerie médicale and quand mon temps est venu de masseoir à la console du scan de mon hôpital, je savais oû regarder lorsque les images défilaient devant moi. Cette app vous montre tout ce que vous trouverez dans le scan dun thorax, dun abdomen ou de la région pelvienne dun être humain (sauf quil ny a pas de pathologie). Cest facile et très intéressant... Plus intéressant que dapprendre dans des vieilles notes de cours ou dentendre parler pendant des heures votre professeur ! Pour 0,99$... Cest une bonne app pour les gens intéressés à apprendre des choses sur limagerie médicale et le scan.

High quality medical images. Perfect for reviewing anatomy away from home. Great value!

As a medical student, I have to say that this app is great... The images are textbook-like if not better, the price is more than relative to the quality of the product... I look forward to future updates, perhaps, we could see some head CTs and maybe an option that when you point to a number, you could have an option to read more information about that structure. Thank you for the great job.

As a third year medical student, I find the CT views in the iAnatomy program an excellent reference source for quickly remembering normal anatomy orientation while looking at my own patients CT imaging. Im looking forward to the future head and neck CT imaging in a future update. In short, images are crisp, clear, and labeling is spot on. Granted, there is no explanations or commentary about the anatomy as others have mentioned, but i believe this was made more for to be a quick reference while on the go. Given its price, and the ease of having CT images in the palm of my hand (rather than carry around an atlas or google searching an arbitrary CT scan), I can rely on the convinient images of iAnatomy while even on the run! If the publisher were to also do a similar guide for MRI imaging as well (and maybe even ultrasound) , Id purchase those in a heartbeat!!!

This app provides a great basic anatomy app at a really bargain price. A much better value that imaios anatomy app. I would definitely be interested in paying more in app or through the store as other body parts ( such as MSK I hope) are added. For 99 cents a great addition to the iphone app library of radiology techs, med students and doctors in any specialty

Great for the students who study in medical university! But is not working :(

I have a test in 2 days and it stopped working with update!! Grr!

I cant even see if its a good app they said it was fixed no such luck it closes right after it opens

WAS AN EXCELLENT APP. WE PAID MONEY FOR THIS, AND AFTER THE LAST UPGRADE IT KEEPS CRASHING. YOU SHOULD OFFER SOME INCENTATIVE FOR THOSE WHO PAID FOR IT AND CANT USE IT. I HEAR NOW THE APP IS FREE. THIS IS NOT FAIR , PLEASE FIX,,,,,,,
